Rune Proliferations

Some of the rune slots are marked with a golden frame, the rune in this slot will proliferate to subsequent explosions. Meaning that all the future monsters will have these runes as well. Since some runes are very useful for increased drops, having a good rune proliferating early can increase the returns substantially. You'd want to adjust your explosion chain to utilize these runes. Check out the rune tier list to see some of the best runes to look out for. Same runes do not stack.
